The Planned Innovation® process has been used in privately held firms and in large multinational corporations. Our involvement has ranged from short-term crisis-mode projects to full implementation of Planned Innovation over multiple divisions in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia.
These projects have involved hundreds of different products and services. And they have provided a wide breath of experience for testing and refining Planned Innovation procedures in order to address almost every conceivable type of product or service requirement.
Our experience has ranged from consumer personal care products like shampoos, hair conditioners and contact lenses, to medical products and services involving open heart surgery, to industrial/commercial products and services like materials handling, computers, and laboratory testing, to aerospace-defense systems involving communication, electronic countermeasures, flight control, aircraft fuel pumps, and solid state crash recorders for military aircraft… to mention a representative few.
